The Part Nobody Warns You About
The venue is booked. The date is locked. You told everyone, and for about two weeks it felt like the hard part was over.
Then came the linens, and the timeline, and the question of who walks when, and a vendor contract you signed without fully understanding, and eleven decisions that all seem to depend on each other.
This is the exact point where most couples start looking for help. Not because they cannot do it, but because they have realised how much of it there is.
What Pink Diamond Actually Looks Like
Someone to Call, From the Day You Sign
Communication is unlimited from the moment you book, not from six weeks out. One point of contact, and it is me, never passed to an assistant. When a decision starts feeling bigger than it should, you have somewhere to put it.

The Vendors, and the Fine Print
You get a curated referral list built around your style and your priorities, drawn from years of trusted relationships rather than a directory. I negotiate and review the contracts for your key vendors, so you are protected in the details you would not think to ask about. And I review your invitations personally, so the tone is right before they reach a single guest.
Your Vision, Shaped With Expert Guidance
You already have a direction. This is where I help make sense of it. We walk your venue together, up to two site visits as needed, talking through flow and layout and what will actually work on the day rather than in a photograph. I give you room-by-room design guidance to refine what you have started rather than replace it, plus ongoing aesthetic support so every decision from here forward feels intentional instead of guessed at. You get a minute-by-minute timeline built around your specific day, and custom room diagrams for every space you will use, ceremony through reception.
The Day, Run Start to Finish
I lead your rehearsal personally. On the wedding day I coordinate every venue and vendor, and your key logistical items are set up quietly. You have a minimum of two professional staff for up to a hundred and fifty guests. Your guests are welcomed warmly and guided through every transition. Every formality is coordinated, the toasts, the cake cutting, the send-off. At the end of the night everything of yours is struck and boxed.
I am your planner and I am the one running your wedding day. Not a coordinator assigned to your file. Me.
"I will never tell you no."
But if something is not going to work, I will explain why.
This is your wedding, and you have already made it yours. My job is to make sure it holds together.
Add What You Need
Pink Diamond covers the planning, the vendors, the design guidance, and the day itself. Some couples want more than that, usually the budget, the RSVPs, the guest list, or the seating chart.

Those are not standard at this tier, but they can be added. If two of them are the parts you are dreading, we add those two. There is no rule that says you have to move up a whole tier to get help with the piece that is actually keeping you awake.

We work that out on the call, before you commit to anything, so what you book is what you actually need.
The Investment
Pink Diamond begins at $6,000
The final number depends on your guest count, your venue, and how much design support your day calls for. You will have a real figure before you are ever asked to commit to anything.

I take a limited number of weddings each year, because being reachable from the day you sign is only a real promise if I am not carrying forty of them.
The Questions Couples Actually Ask
I have already booked most of my vendors. Is it too late for this?
No, and it is a good position to be in. I work with the team you have and review those contracts too, so you know what you have actually agreed to. If something in one of them is going to cause a problem on the day, I would rather find it now than at four in the afternoon on your wedding day.
Will you change the decisions I have already made?
No. You have a direction and it is yours. I refine, I flag what will not work in practice, and I explain why. Nothing changes without your knowing.
How is this different from day-of coordination?
Months. Day-of coordination runs the wedding you planned. Pink Diamond helps you plan the rest of it, then runs it. If your planning is genuinely finished and you only need the day covered, Flawless Finish is the honest answer and it starts at $1,495.
What happens if I need more help than this tier includes?
Then we talk about it. I would rather move you to Blue Diamond in month two than have you paying for a tier that does not fit. That conversation is always available and it never costs you anything.

From a Couple Who Came to Me Mid-Plan
"From our very first meeting to the big day itself, Taren went above and beyond. She was incredibly organized, attentive, and impeccable in every detail, she made us feel like our wedding was the most important event she was working on."

You Have Carried This Far Enough
You started this yourself, and you have done more of it than most people realise. There is no prize for finishing it alone.
Hand me what is left. You will still recognise every part of your wedding when the day arrives, because it will still be yours. You just will not be the one holding it together.
