The Couples Who Love Their Wedding Most Are Not the Ones Who Did It Themselves
Right now you probably have a browser full of open tabs, a Pinterest board that keeps growing, and a quiet worry that you are missing something important. That is where every couple I have worked with has started.
In almost twenty years of planning weddings across Central Florida, the pattern has never changed. The couples who look back on their wedding with nothing but joy are not the ones who managed every detail. They are the ones who had someone in their corner who knew which questions to ask before they had to ask them.
You can absolutely plan this yourself. Plenty of people do. What it costs you is the year in between, and you only get one engagement.
What Blue Diamond Actually Looks Like
You Are Never Alone
From the day you sign, you have one person to call, text, or email, and it is me. Not a coordinator assigned to your file. Not whoever is available that week. Communication is unlimited from contract signing, which means a question at nine on a Tuesday night does not have to wait until Thursday, and we hold scheduled check-ins by phone, text, or email so you always know exactly where things stand. You will have a planning checklist built around your real timeline rather than a generic template.
The Right People, Without the Guesswork
If you do not have a venue yet, we find it together, and the search is shaped entirely around your vision, your guest count, and what actually matters to you rather than what photographs well. Every vendor I bring to you comes from a relationship I have built over years, matched to your style and your budget, and held to the standard I would want for my own family. I schedule and coordinate every appointment on your behalf. And I negotiate and review the contracts for all of your major vendors, so the fine print is something I have read closely and you never have to.

Every Dollar Working as Hard as You Do
Your budget is a living document, built for your wedding specifically and updated continuously as decisions get made, not a spreadsheet template handed over for you to fill in. I manage your RSVPs and guest list from beginning to end, prepare your seating chart, and build a comprehensive timeline that holds the whole day together. Every formality throughout the event is coordinated, which means nothing important gets remembered forty minutes too late.
A Wedding That Looks Like You, Not a Template
This is the part couples look forward to. We design your venue room by room, so each space tells a different part of the same story. I work on your invitations with you, including the wording, the design coordination, and a personal review before a single one goes in the mail, because your invitation is the first thing your guests will hold and it should feel like the wedding it is announcing. From the first decision to the last, the aesthetic stays cohesive, so the day reads as intentional rather than assembled.
The best weddings are not the ones that look like a Pinterest board. They are the ones that feel unmistakably like the two of you. That is why I ask how you met before I ask about your color palette.
The Day Itself
I run your rehearsal, and on the wedding day I manage your venue and every vendor in it. All of your logistical items are set up. Your guests are welcomed and guided from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception without ever being told to figure it out. During your post-ceremony portraits you have an attendant with you the whole time, keeping you comfortable, your gown right, and your photographer on schedule, because someone should be caring for you even when the camera is not pointed at you. At the end of the night, everything that leaves the event is struck and boxed by my team.
I am your planner and I am the one running your wedding day. Not a coordinator assigned to your file. Me.
The Whole Weekend, Not Just the Day
Blue Diamond includes up to two additional event days, two hours each, for a welcome party, a rehearsal dinner, a cocktail hour, or a morning-after brunch. Most weddings are no longer one afternoon, and the events around the wedding are usually the ones nobody has planned.
"I will never tell you no"
But if something is not going to work, I will explain why it may or may not. That way you and your fiancé can make an educated decision based on our conversation and my experience.
This way, you're still in control and every decision stays yours.
The Investment
Blue Diamond begins at $12,000
The final number depends on your guest count, your venue, and how much design work your day calls for. You will have a real figure before you are ever asked to commit to anything, and I will tell you honestly if a different tier is the better fit for what you actually need.
I take a limited number of weddings each year, because full service means full attention and there is a real limit to how many of those one person can give.
Three Steps to Feeling Taken Care Of
01
Book your consultation.
A short, focused conversation about your day, on my calendar, at a time that works for you.
02
I recommend a path.
I walk you through exactly what working together looks like, start to finish, and I tell you honestly whether Blue Diamond is the right tier for you.
03
You get to be engaged again
Once we are official, the weight of the details is mine to carry. You go back to enjoying this season instead of managing it.
Questions Couples Actually Ask
Twelve thousand dollars is a lot. What am I actually paying for?
A year of your life, mostly, and a great deal of work that happens on weekday afternoons when you are supposed to be doing your job. You are also paying for judgment. I have seen what goes wrong at these venues, with these vendors, in this city, and I know how to keep it from reaching you.
Do you take over, or do I still get to make decisions?
Every decision is yours. My job is to make sure you are making it with the full picture, including the part where I tell you something will not work and explain why. Nothing is ever changed on your wedding without you knowing.
What if I have already booked some of my vendors?
That is common and it is fine. I work with the team you have, and I review those contracts too, so you know what you have actually agreed to. If a vendor is not right for the day you want, I will say so early enough that you still have options.
How many weddings do you take a year?
A limited number, deliberately. Blue Diamond is built on being reachable from the day you sign, and that promise is only worth something if I am not carrying forty of them.
We do not have a venue yet. Is that a problem?
It is the best time to hire me. The venue contract locks in more decisions than any other contract you will sign, including your date, your guest count, your catering, and often your vendor list. Having someone read it before you sign is worth more than anything I do later.
What It Is Actually Like to Work With Me

"Giving her creative freedom was the best decision I ever made. My wedding day was pure magic, seamless and stress-free... they treated us like family, anticipating our needs and exceeding our expectations."
~Rochelle & Enzo
"Taren fully embraced our Renaissance theme, attending Ren Faires with us, sourcing unique décor... that's when we knew she truly understood us. Everything was stunning, seamless, and deeply personal."
~Avonie & Michael

This Is What Taken Care Of Actually Means
You will not be handed off. You will not wonder who is handling something. You will not spend your engagement managing a project.
You will have one person who knows your wedding as well as you do, and who is still answering the phone at nine at night eleven months before it.
