I tell every couple that on our first call, and I mean it literally.... within minutes. Same day, every day, never tomorrow.
You will not wait three days for an answer while your florist waits on you. You will not wonder whether I saw your text or email. And you will not be handed off to a coordinator you have never met when it's six weeks before your wedding and now more than ever you need to feel comfortable, not stressed.
If something is not right for your day, I will never tell you no, however, I will explain why something may or may not work. That is part of what you are paying for, honesty, transparency and direction - not just "yeah sure, anything you want."

Full Service Planning and Design
For the couple starting from the beginning, with a date and not much else. I handle the venue search, every vendor, the budget, the design, the guest list, and the day itself. Contract negotiation and review on all major vendors, so the fine print is never something you have to understand alone.
Investment starts at $12,000.
PINK DIAMOND
Partial Planning and Design
For the couple who has already booked a venue and locked a date, and has now hit the hundred smaller decisions nobody warned them about. I take what you have started and carry it the rest of the way, including contract negotiation and review on your key vendors.
Investment starts at $6,000.
FLAWLESS FINISH
Day - Of Management
For the couple planning their own wedding who needs someone to run the day and be reachable long before it. You get contract review and real access from the day you sign, not from six weeks out.

How much does a wedding planner cost in Orlando?
It depends on how much of the planning you want to hand over. Day-of coordination with Diamond Receptions starts at $1,495. Partial planning starts at $6,000. Full service planning and design starts at $12,000. Every price is listed on this website, because you should not have to fill out a form to find out whether you can afford someone.
What is the difference between a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator?
A planner works with you across the whole engagement, from venue search through the last dance. A day-of coordinator runs the wedding you planned yourself. The real difference most couples care about is when you get access to that person. With me, day-of coordination clients can reach me from the day the contract is signed, not from six weeks out.
How far in advance should I book a wedding planner?
As soon as you have a date, and ideally before you sign a venue contract, since the venue contract is the one that locks in the most decisions. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. I take a limited number of weddings a year and I'd love for your wedding to one.
