Our "Day-Of" Package!  We offer eight hour "on-site" package with up to 2 coordinators for those couples who have everything completely done but just need assistance on their wedding day for timing and comfort.  This package also includes necessary time for communication with client.  We'll provide basic set up of ceremony items, guest placement cards and favors.  Our above Consultation is included.

Let us help you tie up all those loose ends!  This package will assist you as far out as three months from your wedding day.  We'll work with you to help you wrap up all the final details and also help you locate all those final vendors to complete that perfect day!  We'll help you put together your wedding itinerary for both your rehearsal and wedding day.  Once approved by you, we'll take care of contacting your vendors with all your final wishes.  We'll arrive a minimum of two hours prior to your ceremony to take care of all your vendor timing, ceremony set up, guest placement cards, reception items and favors.  At the end of your magical evening, we also will box up your gifts; reception items, ceremony items etc., and safely give them to the designated person of your choice.  Our above Consultation is included.

This package is for the couple who wants someone by their side every step of the way! With this package we'll assist you with locating that special venue; whether it's an extravagant resort or an intimate dream destination. We'll prepare your personal design concept to bring all your visions to life.  We'll work with you to prepare a budget that's reasonable to achieve all the details you expect.  We offer an exciting list of top rated vendors to bring your wedding day to perfection, and will happily schedule all your vendor meetings.  We'll review all your contracts for accuracy, terms and conditions.  We offer guest accommodation and transportation services should your guests require assistance making their reservations.  We will manage and receive your entire guest RSVP's and keep you updated frequently.  We will prepare your rehearsal and wedding day itinerary and room design. Our final design meeting will be scheduled at your convenience (approximately one month prior to your wedding) and once approved; we will distribute it to all your vendors.  On the day of your wedding, we will be on site a minimum or two hours prior to your ceremony to set up all the items needed to create your unique vision.  At the end of the evening, we will box up all your gifts, ceremony items and reception items and safely give them to the designated person of your choice.  We will distribute any final payments or gratuities you may have as well and much more.  We will happily customize this package to meet your needs.  So let's start this party with our consultation above and find out how we can bring your vision and dreams to reality!

Our Package Options

Bridal Gown Consultation & Selection

Your Diamond Receptions Consultant will accompany you to one bridal gown shop to assist you in your selection of the most important dress of your life.  Ask your Consultant for details. (Up to 3 hours. Central Florida shops only, one bridal store per day.)

Fee:            $375

                    $125  Each additional hour 

Budget Preparation

We will assist you in preparing an excel spreadsheet of the items you envision for your wedding with a cost per item.  Planning a budget for your weddings expenses is the most helpful tool in your wedding planning. 


Fee:            $150  By Phone

                    $200  In Person 


Day-Of Mini Package

We offer a five hour package with 1 coordinator for those couples who have everything completely done but are looking for comfort on their wedding day.  We'll provide basic set up of ceremony items, guest placement cards and favors.  We will provide on time ceremony and guest transfer into cocktail and reception.  We will make sure your vendors are set in perfect time.  Use of emergency kit is included.  Communication starts two weeks from event date.  Churches excluded.  Mileage fees may apply.

Ceremony Rehearsal* 

We will gladly assist you with or without your officiant.  This includes wedding party and family for line-up, placement, to and from the Officiant/Alter.  Includes 2 full rehearsal walk-through for up to 2 hours.  A travel fee may apply if venue is outside the Central Florida area. (*This does not include ceremonies inside Churches)

Fee:            $250

Design Only Package

Two face to face design meetings to discuss what your vision is along with necessary phone and email conversations.   We will work together with you to bring your vision to life. Then we will be happy to oversee all vendors to ensure your design is perfect!  Includes 2 venue visits and 2 decor shop visits and full blue print. *Mileage fees may apply.

Fee:            $750

Favor Assembly 

Simple & basic assembly of no more than 2 pieces (without tie)

Guest Logistics & Transportation

We offer this service to you and your guests who may need/want accommodations and/or transportation.  We will assist with setting up transportation from the airport (located in Florida) to their hotel and back to the airport for departure after your event. We will also assist with making hotel recommendations in the area(s) close to your ceremony/reception venue.  We will also assist in making simple room accommodations under their booking information.  Any and all fees/charges and contracts from reserved transportation/hotels are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Guest Place Cards

We will print up to 150 Guest Placement cards on your stationary.  Set/placement at event is included.

Fee:            $200

Guest RSVP Tracking 

We will attentively keep track of all  your guest RSVP’s, meal selections and special requests.  We will keep you updated on a frequent basis as your guest list changes. 

Fee:            $175

Honeymoon Suite Decor

Romantically placed pedals of your choice of color, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne with your toasting flutes carefully placed in your hotel suite awaiting your return on your wedding night.  (Hotel rooms in main/tower hotel only.  Off site hotels do not qualify for this service)

Fee:            $250

Invitation Assembly

We will assemble you invitations (up to 4 pieces) for up to 100 guests.  All materials must be provided by couple.  Does not include envelope addressing/return to address.   

Fee:            $275

                                $150  Guest addressing (Calligraphy not included)

Itinerary-Schedule of Events   

One month prior to your wedding, we will custom design your minute by minute schedule of events which includes:

                                                             *Email to ALL Vendors/Venues after Client approved

Notary Officiant 

We offer several different ceremony options to accommodate our couples who are just looking to say “I Do”.  You will also receive a copy of your ceremony suitable for framing.    A travel fee may apply if ceremony is located outside the Central Florida area.

Fee:            $250

Rehearsal Dinner 

We will gladly assist you during your rehearsal dinner.  All wedding party gifts will be displayed delicately and in the order you wish to present them. We will also offer gift giving advice and the proper way to present your gifts. (Gifts and wrapping supplied by couple).    A travel fee may apply if restaurant/venue is outside the Central Florida area.

Fee:            $250

Tuxedo Service 

We will happily return your tuxedos in the central Florida area the following business day after your wedding.  

Fee:            $150

                                $50   Each additional location


Vendor & Additional Meetings

Your Diamond Receptions Consultant will schedule your appointments and attend up to 4 vendor meetings/tastings with you. We will examine all vendor/venue contracts to ensure you receive everything you're expecting on you wedding day and at the right price.

 Fee:           $375

                    $125    Each additional meeting

Venue & Walk-Through

We will help you find the  venue of your dreams!  We will schedule and accompany you with personal walk-through visits of up to 5 venues that fit your vision and budget. 

Fee:           $450

                    $125    Each additional venue

*A la' Carte Options may be purchased separately  ONLY if there is no other planner/coordinator hired for event.  All prices are subject to change depending on circumstances of event. For items purchased without a minimum of a Day-Of service, the full cost of the item is due at contract signing.  A contract must be signed for any and all services.
