Concierge Package:  $3995

INCLUDES: SCHEDULE & REHEARSAL

  • Unlimited communication, including face-to-face meetings, if necessary, from contract signing.

  • Vendor referrals and appointment setting to your convenience.  

  • Contract negotiations with all contracts.

  • Budget preparation

  • Invitation advice and referral.

  • Guest seating chart or escort cards prepared

  • Full Day-Of Coordination starting a minimum of 2 hours prior to your ceremony. A minimum of 2-3 associates (depending on guest count)

  • Use of Emergency kit

  • Set up of all Ceremony items: i.e., programs, unity candle/sand ceremony, or communion.

  • Set up of Cocktail items if necessary

  • Set up of Reception items: Escort cards, favors, small table décor'.

  • Coordination of Vendors and set up location and timing.

  • On time (depending on guest arrival) Ceremony coordination.

  • One DR Associate to accompany the wedding party with photography for communication with the lead coordinator.

  • Guest transfer from Ceremony to Cocktail and Cocktail to Reception

  • Coordination of all requested events inside Reception:  i.e., Introductions, toasts, cake cutting, parent dances, bouquet toss & garter removal etc.

  • Strike and box all items brought from the couple or family to go home.  

  • All items going home to be delivered either to your sleeping room if the event is in the same hotel or to a predetermined family member or friend at the end of the event.

 

Rehearsal:  Pre-Set with Planner

  • Will Coordinate with the venue for day and time.

  • Two walk-throughs with bridal party

  • Final last-minute changes to schedule if necessary.

  • Detailed minute by minute timeline of each item taking place at Rehearsal and on Wedding Day. To ensure all vendors and the venue adhere to your wishes.

  • Includes a detailed room design for placement of tables, lighting, décor' (if appropriate) and vendors.

  • Specific placement for specialty items: i.e., lighting, draping, cake placement, dance floor, bridal party, or sweetheart table, etc.

  • Usual length approximately 10-15 pages of details specific to your wedding.
