I hired Taren 2 weeks before my wedding and she did an amazing job. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner! She took care of everything! Taren went above and beyond what I asked her to do. She made certain everything ran smoothly on my wedding day and that everything was perfect. She even brought in some of her own special surprises that really made the reception! When my Photographer bailed on me 2 days before my wedding Taren had a replacement within the hour and he was amazing! This woman really knows what she is doing and will make certain that everything is perfect the bride is not stressed or worried about anything! I couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I hired Diamond Receptions to handle my daughter’s Rehearsal and Day of events. My daughter and I were well prepared for our first meeting with Taren whereupon the three of us communicated exactly what we expected of each other. Taren was always on time for meetings and dressed for business.
Skipping ahead to the day of the wedding, Taren arranged for timing and delivery of all vendor materials and set up as well as placement of any religious and special personal items. Her assistant, Lynn, was with my daughter and catered to her every need. She was outstanding. Never once did Taren overstep any boundaries or make decisions without consulting either my daughter or myself. She worked very well with the other vendors and left them to do their jobs and she did hers. If the photographer needed more time, she adjusted accordingly.
Taren was present when needed and not present when not needed. After the wedding, she washed and packaged all of our personal items that were used during the wedding and gave them back in their original condition.
I have a very strong personality as does Taren, but with mutual respect and constant communication, I was able to completely relax and enjoy every moment of my daughter’s wedding day while she executed our visions. — Sherri

Taren is an intelligent and a motivated individual. She is more than capable of managing small and large events. I recently was married in October at Church on The Square. Taren was the head of the decorating for my reception room. The morning of my wedding the table cloths did not come in, Taren managed to get them last minute and at a cheaper rate. My head table was absolutely gorgeous as well as the rest of the room. . My wedding was supposed to begin at 4:30 and at 5:00 my minister had not shown up. My mom and I asked Taren to officiate the wedding. Within 5 minutes we were starting the wedding. Taren did an amazing job during the ceremony; she was very poised and professional.
